Devised   in   September   1999   for   the   weekend   of   dancing   at   the   Banff   Springs   Hotel,   Banffshire,   Scotland   in October 1999. Cullen Skink is a delicious soup made from smoked haddock and it is a speciality of the Banff Springs Hotel.
