Derek Haynes started Scottish Country dancing in 1953 at the age of 21 and qualified as a RSCDS dance teacher in
1958. He devised at least 73 dances which he published in the Carnforth Collections 1-6, including 3 highland
dances, this dance for 6 people and one for 5 dancers - Domino Five.
