In a discussion on suitable recordings for this dance, Ron Mackey (London) said,
“Was it not for a Dem. group of Seniors who danced for Charity? Great dance! It would be a good idea to have
some music for that. The music we used to use was a recording of Irish music which started with two thumps
from a heavy shoe. No going to sleep waiting for that music to start!!”
